Testing the Waters: All Public and Court Officials Collude..

Testimonial: "some officials are incompetent while others have malicious intent; and with every experiment, we must be able to pivot and redirect our efforts, or we will lose everything trying to prove a point.."

Upfront, most anyone who has had to deal with the courts, adopts the notion that all public officials and court representatives are corrupt. My position has several receipts attached, with the one I'm going to elaborate on now, costing me $550 to confirm what we already know..

During several traffic from 2024 to 2025, i would tell police officers who were violating my rights, that I was filming prior to the traffic stop. I made the mistake of allowing several of them to view that footage to prove my innocence. Each time I took that course of action, the traffic investigation stopped immediately, and there was no record of that officers fowl play.

In a subsequent traffic stop, I didn't show the officer the footage, and instead offered the evidence in the discovery. That officer's jacket or official record was negatively impacted. I was given an official apology from the court only to be harassed by those three officers for approximately 2 months. One of those officers department eventually terminated his employment for reasons undisclosed to the public.

In another case, i withheld that video evidence from a judge and allowed the prosecutor and the police officer to provide fictitious evidence during a trial proceeding, i.e. photographs from the flock system camera. In a counter argument during proceedings, I asked that the judge make a record that the officer could clearly answer the questions from the prosecutor but seemingly had difficulty answering simple questions from the defendant.

During that trial as a lateral move when they were losing ground in their arguments, I provided a footing for them to stand on but it was false in its narrative. The prosecution mentioned that the license plate and tag could not be seen. In the picture provided, even someone with impaired vision could clearly see the entirety of the plate and tag was visible, but my testimony during that trial, which was an admission to guilt to a crime that apparently did not occur, was used against me to render a judgment of guilty.

What did we learn: that the officer, the prosecutor, and the judge colluded with one another, and that this is the norm. And at the very least, the judge was incompetent and unable to differentiate between inadmissible evidence and facts of a case, and rehearsed false testimony and false confessions under duress.

This judge is still active on the bench in that city and can be researched through the public directory.
